Coach /kōCH/ (noun)
1. A professional practitioner who partners with an individual (typically an executive, leader, or high-potential talent) in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire the client to maximize their personal and professional potential.
2. A development specialist who employs a confidential, structured, and goal-oriented methodology—often involving inquiry, feedback, and behavioral models—to enhance a client's self-awareness, improve their leadership effectiveness, and achieve specific, measurable business outcomes.
Executive Coaching (noun) - The application of coaching principles within an organizational context, focused specifically on leadership development, strategic thinking, and organizational impact at the senior management level.
