For 30 years I owned and operated J. Taylor Consulting, llc.

specializing in organizational development and process redesign. With Taylor Consulting I worked with healthcare, IT, and diverse medium and small businesses to organize and develop individuals and processes that resulted in success and growth on all levels. From 2002-2005 I worked in the Turks and Caicos Islands developing and delivering skill-building workshops and process design programs. Prior to that I maintained a private counseling practice for individuals and couples.

​Today I serve as a personal development coach to middle and senior leadership executives on communication techniques, staff development, and executive skills. My practice focuses on those individuals who are ready to deepen their self-awareness, master executive communication, and commit to the rigorous work required to develop their teams and reach their highest professional goals.
